With us you have a right of return for 14 days. You can return us received items in original packaging. If you have already unpacked the items, the return is excluded, because they are hygiene items, which are excluded from exchange.

Return shipping is not free and must be paid by you. Should you post your package freight collect with “postage paid by recipient”, the package will not be accepted by us and you will also not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
